Delivery

Postage within the U.K. will be charged at a flat rate of £5.95 per standard order. Multiple items may incur an extra carriage charge. I will always try to keep this as low as possible.

When you order, please let me know when the parcel is needed. If time is particularly short I may need to send it as a special delivery with a small extra charge. 

Delivery will normally be within 5 working days of your order being placed but is often much quicker.

For overseas postage rates - please ask. Please be aware that any goods being sent to countries within the EU will incur import tax, and this may increase costs considerably.

I use recycled packaging wherever possible. Your glass will be sent carefully packed in the gift box of your choice and surrounded by some sort of cushioning material. It will be posted to you in a recycled box. This may have previously contained shoes, wine, Cornish Potatoes or any number of other things!
