How do I order something?

Please feel free to place your order in any of the following ways.

By phone: Call 01209 610998 to place your order direct. I am always happy to discuss your order and answer any questions you may have.

By email: Simply put all the details of your order in an email to me  alimason49@gmail.com

                 I will get back to you to confirm and clarify your order.

Order online through the website: Follow the online prompts.

 

How long does the engraving take?

As long as I have the glass in stock, engraving can usually be done within 2 or 3 days.

If you need a large quantity of glasses, or the item you want is not in stock, I will need to place an order with my suppliers so may need a little longer to complete your order.

If you let me know the date your glass is required I will prioritise as necessary to ensure you get your glass on time.

 

How do I let you know what words I would like engraved?

If you are placing an order through the website please enter the words you would like engraved in the comments box at checkout. This appears just before you make payment. 

Engraving details can also be taken over the phone or via email.

 

How many words can I have engraved?

Because the engraving is priced per word, you can have as many or as few words as you like. There is no limit, other than what can be fitted onto the glass you choose. 

If you want a lot of words engraved (for example a verse or some song lyrics) I can arrange a special price for you. Please ask.

 

Can you engrave our club badge or logo?

Any badge, logo, emblem or crest can be engraved. 

For a price to engrave your own logo, please just email a clear  jpeg or png image of the design you would like engraved.

 

Is postage included in the price?

Postage within the UK will be charged at a flat rate of £5.95 per standard order.

Multiple items may incur an extra carriage charge. I will always try to keep this as low as possible.

For overseas postage rates, please ask.

 

Can I provide my own glass to be engraved?

I am happy to engrave customers' own glasses for them on the understanding that this is done solely at the customer's own risk.

How do I pay you?

I can take cash or card payment when you collect your glass in person. 

For orders through the website, follow the online prompts. Payment will be possible via PayPal or BACs.

I can also take BACs payments for orders made by phone or by email. Unfortunately at the moment I am unable to take card payment over the phone.

In exceptional circumstances I can take payment by cheque (I know some clubs and associations still prefer to use this method)

 

What areas do you cover locally?

Having spent 32 years in Truro Pannier Market, I consider myself very much a "local business" and am keen to continue in that vein. 

Customers have always come to me from Truro, Falmouth, Helston, Camborne, Redruth, Penzance, St Austell, and all surrounding areas. I am now based in Troon, Camborne but am happy to arrange delivery or collection within those same areas whenever convenient.
